We collect personal information about every shipment tendered to WeShipYouSave so that we can provide our customers with the transportation and information services necessary to make shipping convenient, confirm provision of services, bill customers accurately for the products and services we provide to them and comply with the law.

WeShipYouSave's commercial operation is subject to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). From time to time, WeShipYouSave sends commercial electronic messages (CEMs) to its customers or other parties. Where required by law, WeShipYouSave obtains consent before sending these messages.

A readily performed option to unsubscribe can be found in all CEMs sent by WeShipYouSave. Recipients who no longer wish to receive CEMs from us may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe feature in the message. Unsubscribe requests may take up to 10 business days to take effect.
